How many days in advance for booking?

For small event ranging from 2 to 10 people, its 7 days in advance. For major events, more than 10 people, its 12 days in advance.

When is my booking confirmed ?

Upon receiving your deposit which is 60 percent of the package price, your booking for our timeslot and chef will be officially confirm. Deposit will have to be made at least 7 days prior to the events.

What happen when I need to change my event date?

For more than 10 days prior to event, there are no additional charge required. For events within 8 to 10 days, there will be a 20% surcharge, for events between 5 to 7 days, it will be a 30% surcharge and for events less than 5 days, there will be a 40% surcharge.

What happen when I need to cancel my event?

We will do a full refund on your deposit if you cancelled more than 10 days from event day. Within 8 to 10 days, we will provide a 50% of the package price, for 5 to 7 days, it will be 40% of the package price, 3 to 5 days will be 30% of the package price and 2 to 3 days will be 20% of the package price, and for cancellation within 2 days of event, no refund will be provided.

Why do I need to confirm the event earlier ?

While we understand that you might want to secure the booking closer to the date to ensure the guests attendance and also the quality of the product. However, we do need to order the ingredients in advance and also to prepare the necessary. We seek your understanding to book at least 7 working days prior to your event to allow us to source the right ingredients and to plan of your event.
